Yes! 100% of our Sellers are located right here in Aotearoa and include items that are locally made alongside those hard-to-find imported products. All our products are also shipped from within New Zealand so you can rest assured you are supporting a local Kiwi business when purchasing from Plant Based Market.
When you purchase an item from Plant Based Market our reputable Seller will be sent your order and will promptly get the order ready to be shipped. All our Sellers are located within New Zealand so you can rest assured that your items will be with you in a timely manner.
When ordering from multiple Sellers your parcels will arrive separately.
Each Seller is carefully vetted before approval and we are always happy to answer any questions you might have.
Yes, we are happy to help. Let us know if you need any support setting up your store shipping rates and we can get this sorted for you. Currently we can add rates based on price or weight.
We can add rates for each region around New Zealand so you may want to add different prices for different regions.
